Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2010 lincoln mkz. The contact stated that while driving at 35 mph, the brake pedal was depressed and it felt stiff causing the vehicle to fail to decelerate. The contact also mentioned there was a hissing noise emitting from behind the brake pedal. The failure recurred multiple times. The vehicle was taken to a both a dealer and an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed both times that the power brake booster had failed and needed to be replaced.
