Description of the problem	Takata recall we purchased a 2010 lincoln mkz from a lincoln dealership now owned by "ford galaxy" in houston, tx and have owned the vehicle for 8 years. In july 2016 we received "safety recall notice 16s26" indicating passenger airbag inflator should be replaced and that if a crash necessitating airbag deployment may result in metal fragments striking vehicle occupants causing serious injury or death. Since july 2016 we have on numerous occasions requested the airbag inflator be replaced. The lincoln motor company's response has been "we do not have the replacement parts." in december 2017 we received a second recall notice that stated we should "not allow anyone to sit in the first row passenger seat". For 8 years we have been driving a ticking time bomb. It feels like a page out of the old ford pinto playbook.
