| Description of the problem | The passenger side headlight allows water to leak into it and therefore shorts out electrical items. So far i have had issues with my battery, the starter fuse, and the tail light fuse. Replacing the headlight assembly is the only way for me to have taillights again on this vehicle. I was almost rear ended on the freeway one night because my taillight fuse shorted out during the drive. The water in the head light accumulated over time, so i cannot pinpoint exactly when the seal broke, but there is no repairing the seal. I've been on many vehicle forums and have had discussions with many owners with the same problem with their passenger side headlight collecting water. |
