Description of the problem	We are continually receiving letters about not having the recall taken care of. However, we have been told that there is no loaner available or are under a long list of other owners waiting, or the parts will take a few days. I tried calling the nhtsa hotline and both times the call was disconnected after pickup. This is all very frustrating and scary to have to drive a car with a potential fatal defect everyday and at long distances. There should be an alternative through rental car businesses or individual insurance to ensure the safety of the drivers.
