Description of the problem	I purchased a lincoln mkz in 2015 and in 2016, i received a letter from ford about a recall on my lincoln passenger side frontal airbags. 2 years later and monthly phone calls about repair and i constantly get the run around that the parts are not in yet. Solution is to not put passenger up front, which is not a viable solution. I either want my car repaired or a replacement. I did not buy a 5 person premium car to only be told it is now a 4 seater. This is extremely unacceptable and i would like help with what i am legally able to do.
