Description of the problem	Tlthe contact owns a 2007 lincoln mkz. While driving 30 mph, the accelerator pedal became depressed when the contact was depressing the brake pedal. The failure has occurred on six occasions. The vehicle rolled over and crashed in a field. The weather was not a factor. The contact was cut out of the vehicle and sustained minor injuries.
