Description of the problem	In july 2016 i bought a new lincoln mkx with the 2. 7 eco engine. From day one i noticed fiberglass particles on the rear glass , after 300 miles it was so bad i had to wash it every day , it was also in side all over the interior. I had it on my face as well as my family. I contacted lincoln and they denied using fiberglass on their vehicles. Lincoln told me to take it to my dealer and i did after several visits they discovered it was coming from the exhaust and contacted lincoln . In the meantime i started coughing and had severe throat iratation. I started to call lincoln customer service but after a period of time was told to stop calling. The dealer did not seem to get any where with this problem. Lincoln advised me to keep the windows up, i requested a loaner vehicle till the problem was resolved and was told no because the vehicle ran and was operational they could not do this. After 2800 miles and 3 months of owner ship i was forced to trade it in and take a $18,000. 00 dollars loss. I went to the va hospital and was told to stay away from the mkx after exams because fiberglass will cause these coughing and iratitaon problems, symptoms i documented this on utube under - [ 2016 lincoln mkx problems.] being a vet and on disability the loss was great . I do feel sorry for the others that are experiencing this problem this has got to be the biggest loss i ever had on an automobile
