Description of the problem	The motor has totally gone dead in heavy traffic 5 times. The 1st 3 times they showed up on the inspection and a part was replaced. An inspection the last 2 times showed nothing. When the engine stops, i press n, then start and it runs, then d and it goes again. Meanwhile, twice on hwy 80 around chicago in bumper-to-bumper traffic at 70 mph, cars are slamming on their brakes and honking. 1. What action beyond the dealer need i take? 2. My insurance will not cover a multi-car accident from a defective car under warranty. Who does? 3. If the problem is not corrected how do i get a new one from lincoln? It is a great car with about 33,000 miles. I prefer keeping it. My daughter said when it happened to her, she had just turned on the radio. Perhaps it is an electrical or computer defect. To my knowledge, the dealership has taken no action to contact lincoln headquaqrters. It happened 3 times over a 2 day period in oct. 2017, (repaired) once in oct. 2018 and once in may 2019.
