| Description of the problem | Recall # 14v393000 is with make, model & year, but not vin #. Starting a month ago, the car rolls when in park especially on uneven pavement. Should you lose power, as happens with this problem going 70 mph, it will result in deadly crash. Contacted lincoln customer service representative desiree who refused to pay for inspection to see if halfshaft and linkshaft are the problem. Considering this could result in loss of life in deadly accident, you would think they would gladly pay for the inspection. I am suppose to pay $175 for this. Can you help? She wouldn't even tell me where my car was made. I found it was made at ford of canada, ltd. At oakville plant in 2013. |
