Description of the problem	Around september 2019, the brake booster on my lincoln mkx began failing, getting worse and worse quickly. It got to the point that i had to almost stand with two feet on the brake to make the car stop. (which was frightening when i was trying to stop the car before hitting the one in front of me, even thought i was only going about 30-40 mph). When i pressed the brake the pedal would slightly depress, then hiss and then with my increased pressure on the brake pedal it would depress further, seemingly close to the car floor. The car became increasingly difficult to stop. My mechanic said my brake booster needed replaced and that there was an extended warranty on the part. I purchased the car used. I called ford and gave them my vin number and they said that the bad parts stopped being used in march of 2013 and that my car was produced in may of 2013. Well obviously since i had the exact same problem as that which was the subject of the recall, the bad part was used in my car as well. Ford opened a case (#24559511k4) but refused to cover the repair. I had to pay out of pocket to have my car repaired since it was dangerous to continue to drive. The mileage on the car at the time of repair in october 2019 was 110,334. I believe the ford should reimburse me for the cost of the repair.
