Description of the problem	Left headlamp stopped working. Replaced headlamp and it will still not illuminate. Dealer said it was an electrical wiring issue into the ballast. Cost to repair is $2,200. 00. Lincoln concierge refused to assist. This is a safety issue because the oncoming drivers perceive the right headlight as being the left headlight in the dark causing them to veer into our lane. This is obviously a design flaw that has a serious safety concern.
