Description of the problem	Car was put into park (on a slight slope), then parking/emergency brake was applied. Brake did not hold and rolled 10 - 12 inches into another parked car. What good is an emergency/parking brake if it takes that long to engage? Luckily i pressed the regular brake and backed the car up further before putting again into park and applying the parking/emergency brake. This is the second time this has happened. In both cases, the lincoln pushed into the other car's bumpers allowing me to see the other car move based upon the pressure exerted by the lincoln. Fortunately, none of the bumper's were damaged. I will also be reporting another 2 problems with this vehicle.
