Description of the problem	The drivers and passenger seats tilt backwards during acceleration (usually hard start). The seats would also tilt forward on hard braking. After some research online, i found a lot of ford and lincoln owners complaining about the issue on both low and high mileage cars. It seems to be a common problem on all lincon mkx and ford edge. It seems from the comments on various online forums the problem is more common in cars with power seats. I am afraid that with the "play" in the seat tracks, the car would become unsafe during an accident. It seems some ford dealership are aware of this issue already and consider it "normal" behavior, some are fixing it under warranty. Owners with no warranty are exposed to potentially dangerous defect of the vehicle.
