| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2007 lincoln mkx. The contact cannot see the instrument panel while driving during the day. The panel becomes invisible and he cannot tell how fast he is driving. He also stated that the windshield has a tremendous glare. The service manager at the dealer drove the vehicle and agreed that the glare was very bad, but stated that nothing could be done. The windshield glare constantly remains during the daytime. The vin was unknown. The current mileage was 3,000 and failure mileage was 50. Updated 03-19-08 *bf the consumer stated the windshield is made by carlite co.
