Description of the problem	Complaint regarding safety recall 16s26 / nhtsa recall 16v-384. I was first notified by lincoln motor company of this recall via a postal letter in july 2016. Upon being notified of the recall i have asked the lincoln dealer several times over the 2 year period the recall has been in place when the parts, etc. Will be available to perform the needed correction. Each time i have received the response that the parts of still not available. This recall has been in place for 2 years without being remedied by lincoln motor company due to the parts not being available. An airbag defect is a very serious issue that needs to be corrected as soon as possible. Waiting 2 years for the correct part to remedy the issue is unacceptable in my opinion.
