Description of the problem	The original recall is from april 2016. Since that time i could not have a passenger in the vehicle. In may 2018 i was offered a rental car because now i cannot drive my vehicle at all. My car has been sitting in my driveway now since july 3rd and i am forced to drive a rental that is not comparable to my mkx. Also, it is quite inconvenient since every 30 days i have to renew the rental agreement which involves me going to two different places for paperwork and takes about an hour each time. I have had 4 different agreements so far because when i was away they wanted the rental back and when i got home had to get another rental. It has been time consuming and bothersome. I would like to have my own car to drive.
