Description of the problem	Tl- contact owns a 2007 lincoln mkx ----- recall back in 2016 for passenger side airbag -- parts not available until february 2018.... Contact stated she received letter from lincoln in may of 2016 and rfeceived second letter in july of 2017. Called lincoln dealership was told not to use passenger seat until parts are available. Mileage on vehicle is 75000.. Contact called lincolns customer relations center and got no help . Then called beasley ford in york pa - april 2017.
