| Description of the problem | Takata recall: this recall date is notice has a date of 06/01/2016. Today is 12/26/2017. No answer to this recall in over 18 months. It is clear that ford/lincoln does not intend to remedy this situation which is wrong! So, i am filing a complaint to force lincoln to fix this problem before me or my wife are injured in this car due to an accident. This car is our primary mode of transportation and air bags are a very important part of vehicle safety. We always wear belts and expect the airbags to work properly in case of an accident. |
