| Description of the problem | To start we have 5 other lincoln mkts with the same concern in the last 18 months, 4 which were covered under base warranty. The glass roof during what seems to be temperature changes pops. This time lincoln will not cover this even though it only has 25,000 miles on it. I went through regular ford channels and they refused full coverage. After some research i found they have had problems with other vehicles as well . The conditions at the time the roof popped . Car was parked during day and through the night in a secured lit camera monitored parking lot. The next morning roof was shattered. |
