| Description of the problem | Panoramic glass roof suddenly broke off when driving. No cars ahead of me, glass just exploded like my car was getting shot. A loud boomm, when stopped the car to look at it, the sides of front panoramic glass roof was broken on the both side and all cracked in between. Now, one day after, roof has a big whole in the middle. After a research online, there are many cases like mine that have happened on same kind car, so this seems a manufactory issue to me. And this is a safety issue, which someone could have gotten hurt inside. Thank god my inside cover was closed. Hope this issue can get resolved |
