| Description of the problem | On september 23, 2010 i picked up my first ford car; a 2010 lincoln mkt from ted russell ford in knoxville, tennessee. After riding in the car a few days it was evident no matter how we adjusted the front row seating the head restraints left us with a stiff neck at the end of the ride. The service manager, mr. Perry ball, advised us the only option to our problem was to remove the head restraints. This is not a safe option. Please provide us with a safe resolution to this problem. |
