Description of the problem	Electronic power steering went out. Took to local dealer 3 times---computer reset first time; second time came up 'electrical issue'. Third time computer said replace rack and pinion. Car purchased as cpo in 2013 from rochester, mn dealership with 17000 miles. Seven years later it has 47000 miles. This model was included in a recall starting with 2011 vehicles. Perhaps 2010 vehicles should be as well. Very dangerous to have this happen at highway speeds.
