| Description of the problem | Car was stalled and could not be restarted so i tried shifting to neutral to push it out of the way but this car will not shift to any gear if it is not running, even when the towtruck came the driver looked for a release mechanism but this car had none, if there is one it could not be found so he dragged the car onto the flatbed towtruck. I understand that lincoln corrected this in the newer models but i think they should be required to create an override mechanism for my model year because it is a safety hazard. All cars should be able to shift to neutral whether running or not. |
