| Description of the problem | Tl*the contact owns a 2009 lincoln mks. The contact discovered that all of the windows were down when the vehicle was not in operation. The dealer suggested that the key fob must have been touched and caused the windows to go down. She was unable to roll the windows back up until the vehicle warmed up. The dealer stated that the global opening system needed to be disarmed in order to remedy the failure. They further stated that in order to pinpoint the failure exactly, the keyless entry global system needed to be re-armed. Her concern was the sensitivity of the vehicle fob opening. No repairs have been made to date. The failure and current mileages were less than 150. |
