Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2009 lincoln mks. The contact was driving at approximately 5 mph when he noticed that the brakes were making a loud gringing noise. The contact took the vehicle to the authorized dealership for repair six times but the dealer could not find the cause for the failure.
