Description of the problem	A popping sound occurs in the back roof area when the door is open "wake up event" and even when the tailgate is open. After the popping sound, the warning sound for the closing tailgate does not sound. Major safety issue. This car has been in for repair 5 times without resolution. Subwoofer, latch regulator, latch and the tailgate shocks have all been replaced. This occurs with audio off and when the car is off upon entering the car. This issue has been report since first oil change
