Description of the problem	The windshield wipers on the lincoln mkc malfunction in the rain. I experienced several instances where, under flood advisory conditions, the windshield wipers did not work. I turned the car on and off several times. I change the wiper automation settings several times and still the wipers would not work. I believe this is a very hazardous issue for anyone driving a 2017 lincoln mkc and do not believe it should be taken lightly under any circumstances when lives are at hand. In the above set instance i was driving during the day with rain sleet and snow under flood advisory conditions.
