Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 lincoln mkc. While driving approximately 3-5 mph in traffic, another vehicle struck the front driver side of the contact's vehicle. The air bags failed to deploy. There were no warning indicators illuminated prior to the crash. The contact sustained an injury to the left side of the head as it came in contact with the driver side window, as well as injuries to the left shoulder, lumber strain, left knee and leg injuries, and right and left wrist strains. Medical attention was required. The contact mentioned that her left jaw was swollen and she suffered ongoing headaches. The contact was unaware of the injuries to the other party involved. A police report was filed.
