| Description of the problem | I was driving down a freeway with no cars around me. I hear a loud bang on my roof, and then hear cracking. Turns out that my sunroof was broken, but there was nothing around me to cause this. When trying to get home, the window subsequently shattered. I took this into the deal and they fixed it promptly. My issue is that this apparently is a known defect with new sunroofs, and yet this product has not been recalled. I paid out of pocket to fix my sunroof, and feel like i should be reimbursed for this. In fact, i have heard that lexus is aware of this issue, and yet said nothing to me about it and didn't offer to fix it free of charge. |
