Description of the problem	My car accelerated om it's own on a small street and i hit two cars and damaged mine and i barely stopped before hitting a brick wall i did contact kia consumer and they said they will send inspector to check the car and nobody ever came i called them five or siv times about this because body shop kept telling me that nobody from kia ever came and they keep ignoring me after they told me kia will help the person's name from kia motors who takes care of this case i samuel kim and my case number is 13725169.
