Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2013 kia sportage. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, the vehicle loss motive power and stalled with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact coasted the vehicle to the shoulder of the roadway, turned the vehicle off and restarted the vehicle however, the vehicle failed to resume normal operation.
