| Description of the problem | Motor quit while on our way to epcot, orlando, florida in 4 lanes of traffic. Had to be pushed to side of road. Lucky we were not hit from behind and killed or injured. Engine seized due to metal shaking entering oil pump. Been without vehicle since july 5, 2018. 7,000 miles over warranty. Am a senior citizen on fixed income. Paid $5,800 before they would start repairs. Was told 3 to 9 month back order on engine. Losing interest on that money and no will call me to help get engine free because this is happening to other 2013 kia sportage. Many articles on this issue but was told the problem was fixed and my vin number was not in a recall. Same issue happened to my car that happened to other recalls. Help!!!!!! |
