Description of the problem	I have a 2013 sportage. While driving on a parkway the check engine and check oil light came on and the engine seized. Thankfully i was able to pull over and avoid a possibly fatal car accident with my wife and i in the car. I had it towed to a garage and then the yonkers kia dealership as the garage advised me of recall #sc147. I had opened case# 12520876 with kia customer service on 10/20/20217. Since then i have gotten nothing but excuses and delays that they are waiting for another department to see if it can be covered under this warranty and having it escalated to another department. Its now over a week without my car and i still have not gotten a response on my repair from them.
