Description of the problem	Driving down the highway in our 2012 kia sportage with 118,000 miles on it, vehicle decelerated and we pulled over. Engine was still running, turned it off and would not start again. Kia now claims that our engine is not included in the recall for this issue and wants $7000 to fix it. This is bull crap. They have known problems with kia sportage engines in this time frame. They are picking and choosing what they want to fix and in the meantime trying to get money for a problem they know is going to happen and then claim the vin number isn't included in the recall. They are crooks and taking advantage of people when they are fully aware there is problem with their manufacturing of the engine.
