Description of the problem	I bought my sportage used with 102000 miles on it. I drove it for 4 1/2 monhths [4100 miles]. I was on the highway when it started to stall. Then it started making a loud tapping noise. I had it towed to the kia dealer and the engine is no good. I need another one, but my vin is not on the recall because it's a 2. 4l and only the 3. 0l for this model is recalled. Even though the 2. 4l in the sorento is on the recall list. I'm waiting to hear what i can do but they ought to give me an engine since it is recalled on other kias. At this point i'm railing because i spent $9000 for 4 months of use if they don't give me an engine.
