Description of the problem	During a return trip i suddenly hear a clicking noise coming from the engine bay area so i pulled over and parked the car for a quick check and while the noise persisted i needed to find a safer location so i drove off and eventually found a safer place to park but the noise was even louder as tho a rod was thrown and by the time i found this parking spot the car had lost all power. This happened so suddenly and without warning as a few hours prior there was no indication of any engine problems.
