Description of the problem	My friends 2015 kia soul caught fire while driving at highway speeds. We can see where there was a recall for a faulty fuel, i believe. Strangely though her vin was not included in the recall. The fire started in the engine compartment and she was able to pull off onto the shoulder and get out before the vehicle was completely engulfed in flames. Somebody should be investigating why all of these vehicles are not being recalled.
