Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 kia soul. When the vehicle was stopped while the engine was running, the contact heard a squeaking noise coming from the steering column. The contact called seelye kia of battle creek (located at 791 w dickman rd, battle creek, mi 49037, 269-441-8800, but they were unable to diagnose the failure. The contact stated that the squeaking noise continued when the steering wheel was turned. The contact stated that the steering column recently made a popping sound. The contact took the vehicle to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the steering column was faulty, but could not determine the cause.
