Description of the problem	Safety recall, (nhtsa recall number:15v736) i received a recall notice dated 12/8/15, and went to the dealer on 12/21. They didn't have the parts and/or tools to effect the repair. I have since called kia customer assistance once and the dealer two more times. I am to call back next wednesday, 1/27/16. It doesn't seem to me that kia is taking this safety recall very seriously. They don't seem in the least concerned.
