Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 kia soul. The contact stated while driving 65 mph, there was a loud knocking sound coming from engine. The contact had to fully depress the brake pedal for the vehicle to slow down. The contact pulled the vehicle to side of the roadway.
