Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 kia soul. The contact stated that the vehicle was repaired in june of 2019 under nhtsa campaign number: 19v120000 (engine, engine and engine cooling). The contact stated while driving approximately 40 mph, an unknown warning light was illuminated. The contact pulled to the side of the roadway and called the local dealer prescott valley kia (5600 market st, prescott valley, az 86314, (928) 759-5600) whom advised him to drive the vehicle to the dealer for a diagnostic test.
