Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 kia soul. The contact stated that while her husband was driving at a slow speed, the vehicle started making an abnormal popping sound with the oil warning light illuminated. Upon inspection, her husband discovered that there was no oil in the engine. The contact's husband had the vehicle towed to an independent mechanic who discovered that there was no sign of an oil leak. The contact called the manufacturer and was informed that the failure would be handled in house and to have the vehicle taken to the nearest dealer for assistance.
