Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2015 kia soul. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds, the vehicle hesitated while accelerating with the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated that she had taken her vehicle to an independent mechanic where they discovered no oil in the vehicle despite receiving an oil change less than a month prior.
