Description of the problem	When driving down the road on a city street going approximately 50 mph, my vehicle began to make knocking noises and the seized after i pulled over to the side of the road. When i got out to check the oil it had all leaked out onto the road causing my oil tank to be dry. The car now will not start and kia has refused to fix it and says i am out of warranty, because i am not the first owner of the car even though i was offered the warranty when i purchased the car.
