Description of the problem	Takata recall: 2015 kia soul 2. 0 engine seized, i was driving at freeway speeds on an inclined when vehicle dropped in speed from 60 mph to completely shut down while on a busy highway, (while on incline you could hear a loud clink clink clink coming from under hood of vehicle). Vehicle was partially blocking slow lane and emergency lanes. No check engine lights came on when vehicle shut down.
