Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2014 kia soul. -head lamp (low beam ) went out while driving. -the switch had to be turned off/on to reset -electrical, lighting tl-the contact stated that while attempting a turn traveling approximately 20 mph the low beam head lights went out, after turning the switch on/off they came back.
