Description of the problem	While driving or stationary, i noticed a clicking sound in my steering wheel when moving it from side to side. I googled this and saw multiple complaints about this issue; however the recalls were not for the 2013 kia soul's. I called kia customer service @ 1-800-333-4542 and they said that i would have to take it to the dealer have it diagnosed @ $143. 00 but cannot guarantee they would pay for the repair. I called the kia dealership in delray beach, fl and was told that the kia optima was recalled for this issue, but they have been getting more and more kia souls coming in with this same problem. The cost for repair would be $400. 00 +. I should not be held responsible for this since kia is aware this part is of poor design and fails prematurely. Kia should be recalling all models since this is a safety concern and all models have the same defective mdps coupler in the steering column. I feel that anyone driving a kia is at risk.
