Description of the problem	There was a clicking noise coming from the steering column everytime it moved even a fraction of an inch. As i was driving to work one morning, the steering wheel locked up on me while i was changing lanes. It was only for 5-10 seconds but it scared me. It was a dangerous situation. There is a recall on this make model and year for the exact same issue. My car missed it by a few days, literally. Several certified techs, including the kia dealership techs all confirmed that it was similar to the recall with steering column issues. The dealership fixed it but i had to pay for it.
