Description of the problem	My 2012 kia soul is making a clunking noise from the steering column at low speeds and when above 70mph when turned slightly left or right. It appears to be the flex coupler in the power steering. This started a few weeks back. Kia has recalled newer models that use the same part but will not take ownership for 2012 models. This is on kia. God forbid if my daughter is injured in accident due to the negligence of kia!
