Description of the problem	I purchased a new set of 4 kumho tires p205/55r16 89h bsw solus xpert kh20 at 22096 miles on 10/17/2013. Within the 1st 45 days my wife was driving on a rural 4 lane hwy and the tire went down in seconds. Discount tire replaced the tire under the road hazard warranty i purchased. She did not notice hitting anything in the roadway and it was not a blow-out. The tire just quickly deflated over a hundred yards or so. Now within another 45 days i have a bulge in the other front tire. Although discount tire is offering to replace the next one under the road hazard things are not adding up. [xxx] from discount tire stated it's because of pot holes. I can't just openly accept that we are continually hitting pot holes damaging tires without notice. Also, diagnosing potential tire problems of the fact may not be the most accurate. For this reason i am notifying the dot for review in case this is a wider issue. Thanks for your time.
